What is Cloudflare for Startups?

Cloudflare for Startups gives early-stage companies credits to build fast, secure, and scalable applications on Cloudflare's global network and developer platform. The program is tiered — from $5,000 for bootstrapped founders up to $250,000 for high-growth companies.

What you get

• Up to $250,000 in Cloudflare credits (tiered by stage)
• Credits applicable to all Developer Platform products (Workers, Pages, R2, D1, AI, etc.)
• Up to three Enterprise-level domains with CDN, DDoS protection, DNS, WAF, and Zero Trust
• Argo and Cache Reserve access
• Credits valid for one year or until consumed (whichever comes first)

Who qualifies

Bootstrapped, pre-seed, and seed-stage startups. No VC referral is required — the program is open to all early-stage companies. Review takes 7–21 business days after application.
