1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Supernerve's services, website, and platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Supernerve provides an AI operating system for companies to build, manage, and scale their operations. Our Services include AI workforce management, company memory, work hub, operations intelligence, and related tools and features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are owned by Supernerve or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload or create through the Services. By submitting content, you grant Supernerve a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supernerve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supernerve is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
